You might also be thinking of the EVP program. If you work for a large corporation, you may qualify. In my case, I actually was able to get my company set up so that not only myself, but anyone who works at my company can get a discount. It did not cost my company anything to get the plan set up. I was pleasantly surprised to get 20%. I would have been happy with much less, especially because we are a very small company of less than 10 people.

I don't know if this is directed at me or not, but I'll give it a shot. A referral is not required for EVP, you simply have to work for (or own) a company that participates in the EVP program.

The EPRP is the referral program and that is the one that requires that you know an employee and need his/her employee number or email address or whatever.

The EVP and EPRP are two separate plans, as far as I know.
