Has anyone else downloaded this off of the market yet? It's the smoothest home replacement I've tried yet, and even has the pinch helicopter view. Only downside thus far is that you can't customize the four shortcut icons at the bottom, but they're my four most used programs anyways, so I don't really mind. And that you can't use HTC widgets, but I expected that.

What I like about those four icons, though, is that if you have multiple apps installed for a certain behavior (ie, Handcent and Messages for text), you can choose which one you want the icon to start. (You might have to clear defaults first, though, for the one you don't want to start.)

Really? I don't think that applies to the dialer shortcut though - I installed DialerOne but wasn't prompted to choose which app to launch when clicking the phone shortcut.

I loved it and am keeping it installed but im using sense until the dev responds with an update to be able to edit/delete those shortcuts bcause they got in the way for me...I sent him an email so hopefully he will do something about it there are like 400 comments saying please make shortcuts customizable so lets all hope hes working on it... there is another nexus launcher in market called nexus home, its really like the n1 launcher with 3d app launcher and screen dots to scroll through screens and it has only 5 screens..
what is confusing is one dev comes up with a nexus launcher that is good but not worth 3 dollars and one comes up with a home replacement that is awesome (launcher pro) and ITS FREEEE!!!!??? wtf???

I do the same... Try every one of them, but always end up back at Sense. Would be more willing to change if any of the Home replacements allowed moving widgets back and forth between screens like sense does. I tend to move left and right between screens a lot for a different look.. It is too much of a pain to delete something on one screen to put it on another when Sense you just hold and move trackball to next screen.

I've used Helix and Zeam, love the bottom dock in Helix and Zeam was a little faster than Helix. Launcher Beta is now my new home, it is so smooth and fast it's crazy! Only problem with this and Zeam is I'd love to have the same kind of bottom dock as Helix. Here's some screenshots......
