Still no OTA update

Did someone say "Last in line"?

That was one of my favorite rock forms for quite a while. It seemed to get watered down after about 5 years, though, so I turned my attention back to alternative, etc.

Sorry, did not recognize the artist in that pic.

Yeah, and a bummer Ronnie James Dio passed away on monday. I know we're now toeing the line of getting scolded by OTD...deservedly so of course.

Sorry for the slow response I'm working in the field. I am running 2.1 leak 3, but was under the impression leaks will still be OTA updated? perhaps not? I know the answer is out there right in front of my face, but I really haven't been able to surf the forums the past two weeks.
OT 2.2 looks freakin awesome. rip dio

We don't for sure, but there is evidence that points to the fact that leakers will NOT get the OTA update:
1. The manual method for applying the OTA does not work on the leak v3
2. The version numbers are the same, and supposedly the OTA update checks your software version before offering it to you.
3. The HBoot version difference between the leak and stock/OTA make it questionable that the OTA update would ever work on any leaker's Eris.

Maybe once Verizon releases a downloadable desktop install we may be able to check it out, but as a leaker myself I'm not holding my breath on getting the OTA update.
