Help No-sleep Bug caused by Media Scanner

Hello Guys,
Since I updated my phone to Galaxo 1.6.3.2, I'm having the No-Sleep bug caused by the Media Scanner.
My phone is 100% running, trying to find all the media inside.

Other issues:
When I click on "Gallery" I receive a "please wait" message and nothing more happens... I can't open my photos and videos except by using a file manager app and navigate to the Camera folder.

When I go to "Camera" and try to make a photo, I receive a "Preparing Internal SD card" message and can't make any photo or video.

Anyone here has any clue about what is going here?
I've already did a Wipe/factory reset, reinstalled the update.zip and restored the G.Apps 2 times!

try using recovery to fix package permissions and check ext3 filesystem

other than that it could be some corrupt file in mass storage causing it to hang for some reason
