If You Didn't Get Your 2GB MicroSD...

FYI: I ordered/received my DInc in the first week of May, and did not receive the promised 2GB microSD card with my packaging. I wrote a brief, polite email to VZW Customer Service and they are shipping the card to me this week.

Not a huge deal as it's only 2GB, but if you ordered your DInc around that time and didn't get it you might as well request one.

I think they only give us a 2 gb card because we have 6 gb on board. So 8 gb total, which is what the Eris has.

well i guess that shows what the superior device is in verizons eyes then if the droid comes with 16 gb and droid inc. comes with 8 gb. oh well i love both of them

When I get my Inc I am going to order my wife a moto droid. She doesn't need much room so I am going to swap my 2 for her 16 card. She only needs room for a couple of apps and a handful of mp3s.

Go to Verizon's main page Cell Phones, Cell Phone Plans, 3G Smartphones, the Best Cell Phone Service - Verizon Wireless You don't have to sign in. Hit the "contact" link on top of the page and then "send an email" and follow the instructions. Under topic and subtopic I selected "phones and accessories" and "accessories currently offered". Got an email back the next day. Happy hunting.

Hmmm, I'll hit you back on how long it takes when mine arrives. I'm not in any big hurry as it IS just a 2GB card (have a 16GB on order from Amazon) but hey, free storage space to use for something.

Same here. My BB Storm came with an 8GB card, so I just used that in the Incredible.
