Help Charging Sources

I've been noticing different battery life depending on which type of charger I use. My regular outlet charger seems to get me the least amount of usage time. My computer seems to get my more than my outlet one and my car charger seems to get me close to the computer if not more.

All of these are from a full charge.

So, is there anything that differs from each type of charger, or is my phone just having an unreliable battery?

I can't get my phone to charge while connected via usb to my work pc, I know that my job has turned off the usb ports for actual use but I used to charge my old htc touch via usb at work all the time, I wonder why this phone is different. Is anyone else having issues charging via usb??

voltage maybe? My phone is giving me weird info. Sometimes I have to cut if off for it to give me an accurate read on the amount of power left.

Maybe it only works with USB 2.0?
