From what I've read, these 3 typically seem to be "the best" screen protectors out there as far as favorable reviews and criticism, however, I was hoping to get any further opinions on these.

Has anyone used any of these screen protectors? Any pros and cons over each other?

I've heard Clarivue can sometimes fit a bit small, but it seems to be pretty similar to Steinheil, with both using similar material made in Japan.

Someone on the forums photoshopped an approximate size comparison of the Clarivue with the EVO and it did not seem to be significantly smaller.

I have not heard much about BoxWave, except that some people love the brand.

I know anything posted here will have some degree of subjectivity and as such, no one answer will be the correct answer, but with further details and testimonials, I would find it easier to make my decision (as well as others here who may be on the fence, hopefully)

All I know about boxwave is that its darn expensive. I've used Steinheil crystal clear on my Droid, and it is very much like naked glass. I convinced a friend to get steinheil anti fingerprint for his iPhone and I was really impressed by it. my next screen protector will be anti fingerprint for sure

My
Edit: I misspelled the Steinheil name, I apologize, it's over 4 am here and my eyes are beginning to shut off. Could a mod fix the name? Thanks.

my clarivue shipped a few days ago and should be here in about two days. I'll post my impressions. I think what these three brands have in common is that they don't require some type of wet solution to apply; the materials are probably relatively similar. They also have a smooth texture and lack the orangpeel effect

I can only comment of the Clarivue, I have not tested out the others. Generally they do come "slightly" under-sized, (not much maybe a millimeter.)

I don't have my Evo yet to test fit, however I did a size comparison with a Zagg screen protector I had laying around and they were almost exactly the same size. (Zagg's being notorious for good fit.)

I will purchase a Steinheil when they become available, I've heard nothing but great things about their products.

Steinheil can suck my nut...& also all other pre-order accessory mf's

The whole point is to protect your phone starting day one....Why would these little girls release screen protectors on or after June 4th with the phone while they know we would have to wait on shipping. I gave up & ordered stealth guard protector for $10 bucks - 2 full body.

it may also be worth mentioning that the cuts between the Clarivue and BoxWave are different. the pictures posted of the Clarivue show that they left cutouts for the sensor on the left and 1.3mp cam on the right, while it appears that BoxWave did a full front cover-up.

i've already ordered the Clarivue, but i'm planning on getting a Steinheil once they release them. if it takes them too long, i might end up getting BoxWave as well.

i noticed this too. hows the front facing camera gonna do with a screen protector over it?

Where did u see a picture of the Clarivue close enough to see the cutouts? I'm on their site and its not detailed enough.

for some reason, SniperDroid's link isn't working, but he's correct. someone photoshopped it onto the phone

edit: well i keep trying to put the correct link in but it's not working. just copy the actual text of SniperDroid's link and it'll work.

edit: or better yet, here. Clarivue screen protector

Has anyone contacted Steinheil for an ETA?
I had posted this earlier in another thread, but here it is again just for some clarification.

I am writing to inquire if your company had plans to make screen protectors for the new HTC EVO 4G. This phone is due to come out soon and I am in the market for accessories. I have read great reviews of your Crystal screen protector on other phones and I was anticipating buying one for my EVO.

I have noticed that other companies have started marketing screen protectors for the EVO already, but have not seen any indication that you will be making anything or plans to make any for the EVO.

Any news would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time.
So apparently SGP didn't get a pre-release phone and couldn't get the correct measurements to be able to get the SPs cut correctly. Hopefully they will have them out soon. I don't know why they haven't replied to others, but that's what I got back from them.

Thanks for posting that. I been wondering why they are taking so long. In the meantime I ordered Screenguardz from htc. They come in 15 per pack lol. So I'll be using those till SGP gets screen protectors for the EVO. I hear SGP is the best and I'm really looking forward to using their product.

I'm kind of bummed the boxwave protectors don't have the cutouts for the camera or the sensors :( Can anyone confirm if this is the case?

In my previous experience...these protectors have been great, but I might have to go with the Clarivue

the screen protector shouldn't effect the sensor. now the front facing camera, that's a different story. i've never had a screen protector over a cam so i suppose it will depend on how clean you keep that spot.
