Two minor (hopefully) questions

Hello again all...recently started running out of space on my phone (I somewhat don't like the fact that no apps can be saved on the SD card but oh well) so I cleared the data from my gmail app and now it won't load up. Tried syncing but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Also does anyone know if any voice dial headsets work with the phone just by using the headset. For example have the altec langsing 904 and when I try to use the built in voice dial on the headset it doesn't seem to work. Tried customer service but they weren't quite sure how to go about doing this. Again any help would be much appreciated.

Try going into the settings | Applications and clearing the data for GMail, GMail Storage, and Google Apps. Reboot the phone. Go into Settings | Data sync. | Google and try synchronizing. I'm not positive, but it should prompt you for your Google account login.

If that doesn't work, the only other way I know of is to factory reset the phone.
