E-mail response from HTC regarding 2.1

So I decided to e-mail HTC again.. This time telling them not to respond saying to soft or hard reset and that these are bugs in the 2.1 software and they need to be aware of them and need to do something for their customers!

typical response, and after 4 "apologies" they claim to know all about these issues and are "promptly" working to resolve them. Heres the message.

"Hello Andrew, Thank you for contacting HTC. I apologize about the delay in response to your E-mail I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. I can certainly understand how frustrating this may be. We at HTC are aware of these issues and we are currently working on a solution to these issues. We apologize that you are experiencing unsatisfactory performance on your phone and will promptly get this issue resolved for you. I apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. Yes, the refurb. running 1.5... I've had many problems with 2.1... speaker craps out theres an echo when on the phone, soft keys lag 10-20 seconds to light up upon sleep. and the 50% time without signal which everyone has, but regardless shouldn't be there for an "official" release. I have 3-4 bars at all times with 1.5, and 1-2 with 2.1 and the signal reception is lower as I have switched back and forth between 2.1 and 1.5 5 times now comparing the differences. MY battery life lasted me 4 days on 1.5 and I get barely one day on 2.1.

Just calm down a little bit Blazed. I'm not attacking you. I actually said nothing about you. Just thought that it was funny that you were being corrected. Your grammar and your response to a joke are both pretty juvenile, but I won't hold that against you. Sorry to offend you. Can we call a truce? On a side note, I agree with you about the forum being a place to help people. If you read any of my other posts, I think that you will see that helping is what I usually do. So, sorry for the lapse in judgement to think that we could joke around a little bit.

You call me juvenile then ask for a truce, make up your mind. Either way I don't care. I only made this thread to give some insight. I was unaware I was being graded on my grammar, and then be made fun of. Thanks though man you're doing a HUGE contribution to the site, keep up the good work ;-).
