I use multiple calendars and it works out great to have them unified on the phone. I would like to adjust the colors that are assigned to each of my calenders. Right now my two main calendars are red for home and orange for work. I would like to adjust these so there is a little more contrast between these two entries. Can anyone provide insight on how to make this adjustment? Thank you in advance.

I would like to know this as well. My main two calendars are both red and can't tell them apart. I would like to change one of them. Anyone have any ideas?

I just discovered an app on the market place called Android Agenda Widget. It is very customizeable. You can choose which calendars you want it to consolodate as well as the color (I think). I'm still messing around with it because there are a ton of options for it. Seem to do pretty well though.

Have you tried doing this through calendar.google.com?

If you log into your calendar online you can customize it completely. The phone just uses what you already have set up.

Yep. This is an issue on the phone. I used to have two different colors (red & blue) just like it is through google calendar online but after adding a few appointments through my phone they are both red on the Incredible.

If they're Google Calendar calendars you can change the color of them using the browser version of the calendar. I was annoyed that red was the color for my google account and just changed it to blue and the color was reflected on my phone

Did you not read my post? I HAVE been on the broswer version of Google Calendar and set up the colors just how i want them. They however are not changing on my phone. Thanks for playing

In my case one is a Google Calendar and one is Exchange. The Google Calendar is Red on the browser and Red on the Phone. The Exchange calendar comes up as orange. I cant even see how to adjust the Google Calendar color with in the Google Calendar settings on the web. If i could change that and it were to carry over to my phone (unlike Swens221) then i would be okay.

Can you provide instructions on how to change the Google Calendar color so i can experiment with these settings? Thank you for your help.

Swens - when you changed the color of your Google calendar in the browser did you use a color that is supported by the phone? did you use a color that was already used? Is it possible that the color could not switch on the phone because it was not available for use? I am not sure i am just speculating.

Okay i figured out how to change the color setting on the Google Calendar. For those that don't know it - it is not in the settings; it is the right side drop down on the calendar select button.

Having done this (i made sure to selected an available color) i was not able to get the color change to populate to the phone. I tried removing the calendar and re-adding it. I tried several other steps to get the change to apply to the phone all with the same results - my Google Calendar on the phone remains Red.

This brings us back to my original question with a little more information. Since the calendar colors on the phone are not linked to the parent calendar that is providing the data, is there a simple way on the phone (without adding an app) to adjust the color of the entries that are populated to the phone based on their source?

Hello, I know how to change the calendar colors synched through Google now! That is great information, however, has anyone been able to change the burnt orange color of the Exchange calendar? I have to have that calendar synched and not use it through Google because my schedule changes throughout the day and Exchange pushes the updates.

My Google calendar only updates when my laptop is online and synchs.

I also can't have both the Google calendar synched Exchange meetings along with the pushed Exchange meetings because then I look double booked on the phone. Really, I'm sure it is somewhere simple that I can just change the color of that one calendar from my phone using only the existing calendar app?
