Help Transfer data from Incredible to Incredible

Hey guys,

I got a Droid Incredible back on April 29th and due to some technical issues, I had vzw send me a brand new one...

Couple of questions:

1. How do I take all the data off my old Incredible and transfer it to the new Incredible?

2. Is there a Blackberry Desktop Manager type of program that transfers over ALL my settings (sms, mms, settings, emails, third party apps, etc.)?

3. If there isn't a program like BB DM, how do I transfer over all my settings including third party apps and to my new incredible?

Move the "data", pictures, ringtones, music etc. to the Sd card and then swap it out to the new phone?
