I don't plan on using my Incredible as transportation.

For the record, I'm a bad person, but not for that reason.

I haven't used it for movies.....yet. There hasn't been the need. And for e-books..... I'd rather wait til the android version of the Ipad comes out.

Otherwise, I use mine for anything and everything I can.

+1. You should use the hell out of the phone.

Buy a charger for the car and an extra for the office (if you work in an office). Then you can charge anywhere and have no excuses.

I do everything with my Incredible , I sold my laptop and Ipod cause they weren't being used at all. I stream pandora, use MP3 , Watch movies on airplanes, internet, email, navigation, phonemypc, edit documents, take pictures, ohh and my favorite streaming porn

Actually, I plan to read a lot on mine. I'm getting mine on Monday. I currently have a Treo Pro with a QVGA screen. I read a lot with that but the small screen makes it difficult. I'm looking forward to reading on the Inc.

For the record, I also have a Sony PRS reader at home as my main reader. I like to have a second book going that I can read at work or any other place where I didn't carry my Sony.

I definitely see myself using it for movies. Load up a couple of episodes of Spongebob for my 4 year while we are in the restaurant. I guess I will just have to wait and see how bad the battery life really is.

I have an HTC Ozone now and it doesn't go more than a day either so charging every evening is very normal for me.

I am using mine for everything (including some work stuff) and I have no issues. My battery life has been surprisingly good so far (though the others here having battery issues is always on my mind as I watch the battery drain). I have watched a couple of movies with it so far and it has done everything else I have asked of it...And a I consider myself a medium/heavy user.

agree with you 100%. i will add that my Incredible will never have a fart app either...unless i am really drunk and it is necessary!

I used to have an Ozone...Its battery (1500mah) works like a champ in the Incredible as that is what I am using daily now...

But one human year equals five phone years. In Phone years it 25 years old. She is prime!!! But I would go to Outback instead of Applebees. It's a little classier.

I know this thread is about what you wouldn't do...... But I would like to know what have you done with this phone that you thought you would never do? (And I'm not referring to applebees, ect) For instance, I never played games or followed the forums on my Omnia.

I use my phone for Streaming music and podcast, but have yet to add an MP3.
I have not used my phone for movies.
I will not likely use my phone for ebooks as I have a Kindle2.
I will not use my phone as my primary image capturing device.
I will not use my phone for a hockey puck.
I will not use my phone as a flotation device.

mine is used as a music player more than anything. yes, the battery dies kinda quick when playing music, that's why i have 3 batteries and a car charger.

Starting to think about making it my music device. I have Zune HD. While as an mp3 player it works well. They half assed everything after wards, I was really hoping the market for games and stuff would have developed like androids. Anyway not happy about re-categorizing mp3's since I like Zune software, and I finally got it the way I like. Anyway, love the phone cant wait to make it my everything device.
