Seidio Innocase II Surface Platinum

I just purchased this case from BB and for the life of me can't figure out how to remove it without damaging the phone or case. Any suggestions?

Lower right side, take a small coin, slide it in the hole and twist.

That is correct! Applying pressure near the seam on the bottom piece and slide the two halves open!

Lower right side, take a small coin, slide it in the hole and twist.

We certainly hope you didn't try that! We don't want you damaging the case or worse, your new EVO!
