Handsent SMS App

Having issue with handsent after updating to 2.1 on the moment. When i get a text message the pop quick reply box will wake the phone up which is fine, BUT it also automatically unlocks my phone. It never did that before i updated to 2.1. Before 2.1 when i got a text message my phone would play the notification sound and wake up the phone but i had to actually unlock it to view the message which is they way it should be.

Is there some kind of setting that i am missing that does not allow the app to bypass my phone lock when getting a text message?? The only way I found to not have this happen was to disable to pop quick reply box which can't be right because then there would be no point to that feature.

Look in Handcent settings as there is a setting for that.

I found the setting:

While handscent is open hit Options
Notification settings
popup settings
check box that says privacy mode (message content will only be shown after unlock)
