Accessories Has anyone NOT recieved their Ghost Armor kit yet?

I ordered May 27. It said on May 28 that it shipped. But i was charged twice. I have not recieved it yet. I have sent them an email, and i will call tomorrow. But has anyone else not recieved theirs?

finally got it today (june 7). at the same time, i got an email from ghostarmor saying that they fixed the double charge and sent me a refund

I ordered on May 27 as well with the order status of shipped as of May 28th. I have emailed with no response.

Those of you with Ghost Armor be very careful installing. The Evo's screens are unusually sensitive to moisture. Be sure to let it dry for at least 5 hours before turning your phone back on. You might even wanna run it under the hair dryer for a little bit after you install it.

i'm in the same boat, i ordered on may 27th, haven't received any shipping details and obviously, didn't get the shipment yet. I also emailed them with no response yet.

Im in the same boat. Ordered on the 27th, didnt get tracking ID by the 1st so i sent them an email, they state it shipped and gave me a tracking ID but when i click it its USPS stating that the electronic info has been received but that doesnt mean the physical package has been delivered to be shipped.

Sent an email to them on the 4th asking for it and have yet to get a response back. Ill give them till tomorrow, if i dont get it by then im raising hell.

Hmmm....I ordered mine about the 27th and had it around the 31st. Have no idea if it played into the mix or not, but I'm also a repeat customer. I wonder if they ran out of stock and are just poorly communicating that.

I placed my order on May 26th and have not received it yet either. I sent an email to GA but have not heard back yet. I'm guessing they are on back order and it sucks GA fails to inform there clients of this. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person this is happening to though, I thought the post office lost my package.

I have sent them 3 emails so far and they never respond. I ordered n they withdrew the funds on the 27th, USPS confirms the electronic shipping info was sent on the 28th...I still dont have it.

Anyone have a phone number for this place? I would prefer to call at this point then send another email that they just delete.

They claim that USPS lost all the packages that shipped out that date. Whether that is true or not i dont care...But the fact remains i dont have it.

I didnt catch his name but he asked for my first/last name so that he can search the system, i gave him that and the order ID.

He pulled it right up and said he will fill a whole new order out and it will ship out today. So here is waiting 3 to 5 more days for this thing to come in.

Damn, i didnt ask if i would be charged for this one..I better not!

So for those of you that bought on or around the 27th/28th, USPS may have lost your package. They are trying to send out new ones but he says youll get it faster if you call in and do what i just did.

That picture shows quite a bit of orange peel, no? Any reason you went with Ghost Armor instead of Phantom Skinz or one of the others with less orange peel?

well i just installed it last night so im guessing it will clear up. i chose ghost armor becuase i was hearing nothing but great things from them.

I also called the number listed earlier in the thread and their rep confirmed that the package had been lost and sent another out for me.

Definitely call if you ordered between the 26th-28th of May and have not yet received your package.
