Wonder if it is the "Liberty/Aria". If so I was right on the screen size. Interesting... can't wait for more info.

Edit: Actually it looks like BGR is just guessing the Liberty/Aria's screen is 3.5". No evidence of the Intruder's screen size.

Although true that BGR said we were getting the desire, that was just a tip where this is a screen shot of a Radioshack inventory item. A bit more solid proof. We also know that AT&T was supposed to get a HTC exclusive phone. Question is... what the hell is it and when will we find out?

This is true, but the original story was reported by UnwiredView (BGR snagged it from there).
Also, we've not seen any screenshots of any ATT phones in an inventory screen before... Finally, if stores are seeing them in inventory, chances are they're not far from launch; whereas WP7 handsets, aren't set to hit until Q4'ish.

699 is a ridiculous price. this is looking to be a very high end phone. a EVO is only 450 or so no contract price.

the only comparable i can think of is the iphone4 32gb model which is 699 as well.

Well, it took 2 months for the Incredible to release after showing up in Verizon's inventory system. Wonder how long we'll be waiting.

Sure, but fact is they're still going to get continued service off of these.

For a real apples to apples comparison you'll have to look at 3rd party retailers since Radio Shack is a 3rd party.

For the life of me I can't find a 3rd party that has a no contract price of the EVO or Incredible. However, look around at 3rd parties and you'll notice HTC phones are pricey.

Edit: The Touch Dual is nowhere near a high end phone but it's $500 at Best Buy.

Found an EVO 4G for $600 at an online retailer. With the fact that Radio Shack is a brick and mortar store they'd likely sell it for quite a bit more than that. I'll try to call Radio Shack at lunch and see how much the EVO is off contract.

lol. either way, i have very high expectatinos for this phone as of now. im expecting a fast ****ing processor, in addition to a front facing camera, ANDDDDD 4.0" screen!

There have been a few HTC phones go through FCC with no name or info attached that had AT&T's frequencies in the last couple months (that slider being one of them). I've been waiting since February for AT&T to come up with their mythical 5 phones in the 1st half of the year. They officially have 3 weeks left, and one of those weeks will be dedicated to iPhone4. I'm done speculating, I'm done waiting. Reading these rumors is making me nauseous. Just release the phones already.

I will believe it when I see a blue deathstar in the pic on an offical announcment. Til then I have no hope left that AT&T can do anything right unless it is for the iphone.
