Help how do i assign a different ringtone to email

I have yet to figure that one out. It does not have an option to assign a ringer.

if you download mabilo, it gives you an option to assign a downloaded ringtone to notification.

now if someone can tell me how to assign it to messages, that has gotten me stumped

I don't remember where I saw it but when you hook up your Evo to PC in Drive mode. Open it up and make a new folder named 'notifications" and put your ringtones, sounds etc. Then when you remove Evo from PC, for email look in Menu / Settings / Sounds and display / notification sounds. For Messages go to messages app / Menu /Settings / notification sounds.

to set ringtones i use tone picker , but to set ringtones to emails you set it in menu>settings>sounds>notifications sounds> this will also be for all notifications, and you must enable them in mail >more>>settings>>notification settings>and check the 2nd option...or you can download yahoo mail from the market
