Accessories Seidio Innocase Strong Rubber Smell?

So I got the Innocase II for my DINC and I really like the fit/feel. But I noticed the thing has a really strong rubber smell, such that the smell lingers on my fingers after I've touched the phone. Is this normal, and is the smell going to go away eventually?

Mine has never had this smell. Ever. I think your's might have been FRESHLY made and shipped immediately. I'd inquire with the Seidio representative on this forum. He usually helps people almost immediately.
