Retreiving Text Messages from Nandroid

I realized that, after flashing Birdman's Froyo ROM to my phone the other day, all of my text messages are gone. I assumed that texts were saved on the SD Card and they would be there after I got to Froyo but that wasn't the case. Any way I can retrieve my texts from a nandroid backup (I made a nandroid right before I flashed Birdman's Froyo), and then put them onto my current ROM?

Yep :D

Since both ROMs are on 2.2...this should work.

- Make a nandroid backup of your current ROM
- Restore your phone with the backup you made last night
- Use Titanium Backup and backup the file listed as: [SMS/MMS/APN] Dialer Storage 2.2
- Flash back to your new ROM...and then restore the same file in Titanium (data only).

Should work...if not then something may have been corrupted or maybe the two ROMs don't use the exact same SMS app (or installed in different locations).

Great! :D
I was waiting on a response, because I am trying to flash Pete Froyo BB tonight
So I guess I'll just flash over to my last ROM, back up the dialer storage, and then flash Froyo BB and restore it
Ty man :)
