Its a basic how-to for those who have to see it like me. Using the written How-to after watching the video a few times makes things a bit easier.

Initially, the root method wouldn't stick after a reboot. A few commands were written to change permissions and now it works like it should.

An OTA update most likely would remove root permission

I tried everything from the xda forums and decided to try your video step by step with your loop.bat and it worked a treat. thanks.

I can't get the loop to run right. After I enter the loop.bat, I get "adb shell $" and that's it. Any suggestions???

Edit: I can't get it to loop while the phone is powered on. If it's off, it loops but will never find the device. Still looking for help.

if you want to go back to stock you can, i provide a link under notes of the first video. The zip file for rooting contains a downgrade folder with a readme that explains how to downgrade your phone back to the root free version your phone shipped with

Great job Diego. This is exactly what I have been waiting for. I have a rooted and overclocked Droid now and have an incredible on the way from verizon. I was bummed that the new phone would have to remain stock, but you great minds changed all that. Thanks for your hard work, and you need to put up a donate button somewhere were people can donate to you for your time on this.

Please provide the link. I doubt I would change back but it does not hurt to have a backup plan
