Accessories seidio innocase problem ?

while browsing these forums i noticed people saying they have a hard time getting case off of the phone .i got the innocase II and mine comes off real easy especially the top half .if i hold the top half only the phone will fall out itself and wont lock in the back .im guessing this thing should be alot tighter ? i am trying to send it back over the website it says it will contact me in a couple of days .i hope they take care of it , i spent more on accs at seidio than i did to buy my phone .anyone deal with them before for something like this ?

When I installed mine, after putting both pieces together, I press just above the seam on the back (top piece)... I hear a click and thats it.... case is locked together...

Same here, replacement should be here next week. I hope it holds together better than the one I have because I really like the case.

I also had to receive a replacement for my Innocase... luckily it's perfect and doesn't have the problem with locking anymore.

It's a really great case with a fantastic feel to it... I highly recommend it.

I had one with the snap-crackle-pop feature and Seidio sent me a new one.. All better now.. I am very pleased with Seidio's customer service. That is why I have no qualms paying a premium and ordering from them directly.

They have always had great interaction with community forums and even involved forum members to beta test holsters.. (back in the Apache XV6700 days)..
