Do you ever think back to your first cell? Mine was awesome. I know it was awesome because it was the very same phone Matthew Broderick used to fend off Godzilla back in 1998. The phone survived the years and the other day I saw it in a toy bin my Nephew was playing with. I picked the phone up, relived some good memories, and thought to myself, "Dang, this sucker is big!!".
I like my new Evo. In fact, I LOVE my new Evo. That being said, I can also see myself looking back in a few years and saying, "Dang, this sucker is big!!". I mean...a kickstand?...on a phone? Cool I suppose, my kids someday will never believe I owned a phone with a kickstand.
All the amazing features of the Evo make it well worth the extra space my pants have to rent out from the local self storage just to carry it around, and I'm stoked on the phone. I do look foreword to my next upgrade in two years when I will get to buy twice the specs in half the hardware. Until then, I've found the solution to an over-sized phone: Stop calling it a phone. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go search out some wicked apps for my new Linux-based-ultra-compact-multi-functional-communication-device.
