Accessories Seidio 1750 Battery a must have!

Man I love the new battery! I noticed a big difference right away. I charged it for 8 hrs like it said, and am getting great results. Day 1 = 14 hrs of heavy use, Google maps, phone, surfing, and using apps without app killer. It also seems to charge a lot faster, and hasn't heated up at all. Day 2 = 16 hrs same use. I'm on day 3 now. I couldn't get the stock battery to last more than 4 hrs same use with the app killer. Just ordered another one for my wires Eris on Amazon $39 free shipping.

good to hear. my wife also has an eris and i have been debating order 2 of the 1750s (one for my incredible one for her eris). it is either going to the be seido or the amzer slim batteries for me, trying to decide on which one.

The 1750 is the difference between charging/swapping batteries to make it to dinner vs. making it back to the hotel with some charge remaining.

If you make it to bedtime with the stock battery, then it won't "impresss" you. If you are one of those that needs a charge by noon, it isn't going to take you the distance.

But for most folks, it can be just enough to relieve a lot of headaches.

I totally agree with this. I was always worried at the end of the day about getting to a charger. Now I can make it to bed with some charge left (had to use pandora/play games on my phone for about an hour straight last night just to kill the battery for a full discharge). It's not going to make you last 4 days, but it will definitely take away a lot of stress at the end of the day if you're currently pushing your limits on getting back to a charger before it does.

I would say that the seidio battery is a nice option, but I'm looking at other options. It's great it fits without a new back or that it doesn't add any thickness to the phone. Too bad it's not really as powerful as they say.

They say the 1500 is as good as the seido and only costs $15, free shipping. I probably would have bought that but I already have 2 1300s that I swap. I am being conservative too but I really don't like it. I could use a good 2000, without any extra bulk. But a tested and legitimate 2000. For now I just swap it at around 30 or 40% and get the full day plus.

3 days like it said. Don't know if the stock battery is just shut or what, but that's what I am getting out of it. I came from an iPhone, and with this battery I'm getting more up time than I did with that.

Well that makes a little more sense than quadrupling your battery life. 16 hours is about what I get with a 1300, so adjusting for different usages that sounds reasonable. I'd seriously consider getting a free replacement for your stock and then test it out. You would probably have two batteries with about the same capacity and then... well we'll talk then. (hint.. get an external charger for like $5 on ebay)

Seidio sends their products out to certain people free of charge, in return, they ask them to put a review out on the forums. I think it's great marketing, but I only hope that the people who get the items free, are honest with their reviews.

No, the problem is that you are claiming 400% improvement with perhaps a 25% claimed battery boost. That is total BS dude. We are not stupid around here.
