These Forums Must Drive Companies Like Sprint and HTC I*N*S*A*I*N

Just the fact that owners from all over the world can communicate flaws and glitches and hardware updates with there products with each other must make the return / service department's cringe. Years ago you could have had a defect on a product and think its normal, but now with these internet forums they can't get away with anything really. Good for us bad for them! :D
 
Many large companies have drastically scaled back tech support and customer service reps, and have stopped providing comprehensive product manuals. Now, instead of handling many of problems themselves, they point people to these forums that allow end-users of their product to trouble shoot for them.
