How do I get to the stock android picture gallery & music & dialer app?

I want to keep sense, but want to use the stock Android picture gallery, music and dialer app. I don't want to download ANOTHER program, I just want to use the stock android version of it. Switching the home screen back to the default launcher (from sense) does not change the gallery, picture or dialer app.

any ideas how to get these back?

For the gallery, you can get it here and I have done this for my Evo and it works: Gallery3D Apk - xda-developers. However the direct link to the camera from there doesn't work. But I got it because I wanted the ability to upload to Picasa like I used to do with my Droid. You might be able to find similar apk's for the other things you want.

^I've seen that, is that the Android gallery? Are you saying even though I have Android 2.1 on my phone, the Android Gallery, Dialer & Music do not exist on it?

(I assumed this would be similar to the Android Homescreen, the apps just 'hidden' from me but are still on my phone and have been all along.)

You could try to use Explorer to find them, but I don't believe they are there at all. Just because you have Android 2.1 doesn't mean you have everything that was with it. That is the downside to having a phone that isn't stock Android.
I have read some things about disabling Sense on the phone, so you could also give that a chance and see what happens.

No I believe HTC replaced them with their Sense versions. No way to completely turn off sense but I am sure someone is working on a stock Android ROM for the Evo

I use this with my Droid Incredible.
Camera link works, gallery is great, and plays videos.

I'm with you on this issue. I hate the dialer, gallery, etc. Sense dialer is so terrible and tacky. I'd love a stock Android froyo Rom.
