Best case that won't scratch up the phone

I canceled my order for a seidio innocase II because of the thread that showed that the case caused scratches on the phone. I want to keep my evo in pristine condition and want something that won't scratch it and that I can get in less then a weak. I saw the active seidio case on amazon but shipping estimates are 3-4 weeks from now and that just won't happen.

I know I will probably have to go with a silicon case and I'm ok with that. What does everyone sugest?

silicone cases dont damage the phone, i think sprint sells one

I tried several and my favorite is the Seidio Innocase II Surface. It is one of the best cases I have had for any phone. Sturdy, not too bulky, comes in a variety of colors, a car dock made for the case is coming soon, and it doesn't fly apart if dropped.

EDIT: Just read your post carefully, I cancelled my order with amazon and ordered directly through Seidio. Shipping said around 5 days but I ended up getting it in only 2 days. I have no scratching problems. It actually prevented the scratching of the kickstand (which is what shows wear the most). Add a Zagg InvisibleShield and you're set.

I got a few of these from Amazon, but they are sold out...this looks to be the same thing

It's very thin (cheap?) and isn't the best quality, but it should hold you over. Personally, I dig the red one, the color looks much better in person.

you better pray you dont have to take it off a lot cause thats when the scratches will start.

there was a thread, i dont know where its gone but they posted pics and it scratched the bezel around the phone pretty bad.
