Hello everyone.

I just got my Nexus One (AT&T) yesterday and am a convert from the iPhone 3Gs 32gb.

So far I really like everything about my N1, despite the fact I can't use froyo yet on AT&T without rooting.

My question is this. I had a small stereo for my iPhone (Sony Dream Machine) that would let me listen to music on my iPhone, had a nice little remote control, and would also charge my iPhone so when I left work at the end of the day my phone was always fully charged.

Is there something similar to this for the N1? I know I can find stereos that use the 3.5mm output, but it won't also charge my phone and that is important as well.

Any help is appreciated!

One benefit of the iPhone is that you have a very large choice of accessories that makes it easy to use one device for everything, I still used my iPhone 3G as an ipod since I had an adapter for my stereo at home, a radio for my boat, and a car adapter.

Unfortunately there is hardly anything out there for the N1...but you can still make do with what we have with some creative thinking. You can purchase the dock for the N1 which you can connect to a radio using RCA jacks (I believe they are supplied with the dock). The dock will also charge your phone. It's a little cumbersome but since you leave it at work it shouldn't bother you that much.

I would donate my iPhone to poor needy apple fan boys if there were more accessories avaliable to the N1.

Welcome to the N1 group. Purchasing an At&t N1 gives you exciting exclusive rights to complain about not having froyo yet in this thread:
