COPY - pull out out keyboard and hold ALT and highlight text on your screen with your finger. might take 2-3 tries to get exactly whats wanted but easy easy to get the hang of!!
FORWARD - i use handcent for my sms needs. if you hold your finger on a certain text for a second or 2 it gives you the option to copy and forward and 1 more i believe!!
