Not sure if this has been discussed yet, and I can't find anything on it. I'm using eBuddy to chat with Gtalk and AIM on my Droid, and I've noticed that the status message on my Droid overrides the status on my laptop, even when I'm on the laptop and change my status there. This wasn't an issue with Blackberry, I could change my status on either my BB or laptop and it would automatically update the status on the other device. For some reason, this doesn't happen with the Droid, and the Droid's status message always wins out.

Anyone know anything about this and have a solution other than "always change your status on the Droid" or "sign out of chat on the Droid"?
