Help! Stuck in a boot loop.

So I tried flashing a ROM the other day, and now I'm stuck in a boot loop. I am pretty sure I have CWM installed, it's been a couple of days I can't remember. The unit is stuck at the tap n tap splash screen. I can't get it to boot into CWM either.
Could someone link me to a post about getting out of this? Or maybe getting it back to stock?

Any help is greatly appreciated

hey man did you make a back up of your previous rom if you did hold down the power and volume down button at the same time and it will take you to CWM but first take out the battery. let me know how it goes.
