Default HTC Hero Extended Battery

Not sure if this is any good but I came across this today.

HTC Hero Extended Life 1350mAh Replacement Battery
HTC Hero Extended Life 1350mAh Battery -USB data cables memory cards mobile phone ipod accessories genuine cover case fascia speakers bluetoth battery dvd media external hard drive

Anyone bought one of these. Are they any good? I've bought extended batteries in the past but they are usually not as good as an official one.

i wouldnt trust putting any 3rd party hardware in my hero,
theres no need anyway, download a power manager. prolonged my battery life by about half.

Mugen Power has released 2 batteries for HTC Hero: 1550mAh and a 3200mAh. Mugen Power is well known for quality and they produce extended batteries for long time, if you serach the net will find a lot of positive reviews of them.

Dont see how a 1350mAh battery can called be extended life if its exactly the same capacity as the one that comes with the phone. So, either theyve invented magic batteries or theyre incompetent or theyre trying to con you. Personally i wouldnt buy batteries from them unless i *wanted* my house to burn down. Or if i believed in magic.

Those mugen batteries look ok - might be worth carrying a 1500mAh one around as an emergency spare (or you could get one of these if youre going to be away from a charger for a while), but that 3200 beast is so big you might as well just carry around 2 phones.
