Hero stand that works with skin + skin question

I'm looking for a charging/syncing stand for my Hero mainly for aesthetic reasons, but I have one of those rubber or silicone skins on my phone. Does anyone know of a stand that will work without me having to take off the skin all the time?

For that matter, do those of you without a skin have a lot of scratches on your phone? I keep mine in the same pocket as my keys.

To answer the second part of your question - I have a Hero with no skin and no scratches, despite being in my pocket with keys cash etc. I use a slip case - the HTC one here to keep my Hero in. It is nice and easy to take the phone out quickly when I want to use it, or slip it into my desktop charger or car mount, but keeps it well protected when it's in my pocket.
