Problem with loading Rom and boot screen

hi chaps

can u help me please please

i got my phone rooted and wanna put ROM on it

the ROM ZIP FILE is directly on sd card and is ready to be installed

but i cant do it.

First of all i cant go smoothly to boot screen without RED TRIANGLE ( dont

know why) when i got this triangle what i do is VOLUME + AND POWER

BUTTON and then trying to run unzipp my rom but have a look wot is going

on -------------->

You're missing out a step. You have to root the hero and then replace the recovery menu (that's the one you photographed) with a custom recovery menu. Then you will be able to flash a custom ROM

Is your phone currently running 1.5 or 2.1 firmware? What's your build number? (You can find it in settings >> about phone).

sorry chef i cant still do it
i poped recovery rom on sd and still phones goes to red traingle and i cant flash any rom
so pain . please help me. i rooted my phone and got supersuer done.
dont know woot is going on.

Try flashing the recovery again, as it obviously didn't 'stick' first time around.

can u give me a proper link of recovery image and rom i can install ( a nice one)
2.1 android. i tried already flash recovery image in terminal emulator even after root and its say didn find reviocery image PAIINNNN

If you're already rooted, just install the free version of 'ROM Manager' from the market, open the app and hit the very first option. ('Flash clockwork recovery' or something like that).

That should leave you with a fully functional custom recovery menu
