Nope.
Flash memory does have a limited lifespan, i.e. how many times you can flash it. But this is 'limited' to something in the region of 100,000 times. So, if you reflash twice a day every day you can expect your phone to go wrong in about 130 years.
You'll probably be due for an upgrade by then anyway.
