Default another speed question

hi
i'm a bit tired with all does set cpu ect
i am looking for a good karnel with minimum units life drain for elelinux 2.2
and a little question how do i go back after flashing a karnel

best kernel would be hands down flykernal12 by erasmux. to go back jus reflash the original kernel. you can switch kernels as many times as you want while staying with the same rom

so if i want to unroot the stock rom will heve its own karnel
ps does every rom hase its own karnel

Actually, some early versions of VillainROM for the Hero shipped without a default kernel. The idea was for the user to choose from a selection that had been painstakingly optimised for different min/max frequency ranges. Of course, if said user didn't bother reading the release notes fully they might miss this important detail, with predictably traumatic results.

and will my phone last another 19 mounths with a karnel running

I believe you're thinking of the "smartass" cpu_governor that is included in several recent kernels. It first appeared courtesy of Erasmux in his FlyKernel, and FlyKernel-12a (the most recent) is probably as good a choice as anything.

Provided you don't run it overclocked it at the limit of stability 24/7, then I'm pretty sure that any problems that do arise won't be due to the kernel.
