I got a 2nd problem with my phone.

1st, i did mentioned about the headset logo being activated on my htc hero, but there is no headset plugged it. Fix that problem by installing a 3rd party app called headset toggle.

Now, when i ring people, there is no dial tone, but its actually ringing.
sometimes it will have a dial tone, and sometimes no.
but when i plugged in my headset, there is a dial tone.
OMG..i doubt this can be a hardware issue, im just trying to find a solution.
