how to I transfer files, pictures or videos, from my pc to the phone, or vice versa?

Connect your phone the supplied cable, then open My Computer on your PC. You will be able to see the phone's memory as a flash storage device..

If your PC has Bluetooth, you can transfer smaller files (not ginormous video files) wirelessly. Just pair them, and the first time you send a file one way or the other, select a "always trust this device" check box before you accept the transfer.
