My friend just got this phone and every time she tries to use Voice Search, it returns "Server Problem." Anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it?

You need to have mobile data enabled, or wifi.

It's on for her. She can do everything else with the phone. She's been executing voice commands through Vlingo rather than Google's stock voice commands. I've seen other people with this issue, but short of creating a new Google account, I haven't found an easy fix.

Is she signed in to Google in Settings | Accounts & Sync?

Yeah, her market is up and running. Everything seems in order except voice.
