Default Is it possible to ssh my android phone using USB

Hello everyone,

recently i get an HTC amaze 4G android phone and i made it a rooted device.
Next i was trying to access my phone from a desktop PC using SSH via USB and i don't know how this is done.

Moreover, I saw the SSHDroid app connects over Wi-Fi but i would like, if possible, to connect it over USB.

Does any one has experience with this?

Thank you for your time and kind regards,
Michael

I think you would have better luck trying to ADB into your phone rather than SSH. although i do believe its possible to use SSH, i personally have no experience with it. ive only SSH'ed into iDevices.
