Hi everyone,
So I bought a HTC desire c a couple of weeks ago and it was working fine until I tried to open the camera and at first, it said that there was an error opening camera so I turned it off and tried it again and this time, it loaded but it was just a black screen and that's all it does when I try to open the camera app. Support would be much appreciated!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. If you are only a couple of weeks into ownership, I would contemplate returning the unit for an exchange. If you came by the phone used, and didn't do a factory reset upon purchase, that might be the ticket. If you don't want to do a factory reset.. you might try powering off the unit, do a battery pull, and then power back up. Sometimes a hard reboot will fix such problems. In any event, I wish you luck with your camera problem and I hope you enjoy these forums.
