Default Facebook notifications.

So i got my DHD yesterday and after needing a factory reset (Turns out carphone warehouse have been playing about with it and it wouldnt set up properly!)

I was wondering i got a notification in the task bar telling me I had a twitter update, I was wondering is there a way you get your facebook notifications in this task bar?

Open the app and go into settings, pretty sure notifications are off by default

You got me thinking on the latter now..hmm..will have to look into that

Well I've found out that it will only notify me in the task bar about events and messages but not comments when i'd rather be notified about comments tbh!

Come to think of it, has any of the Facebook versions on android ever had a comments notifications on the taskbar?

No, it's always been an omission in the official client. Can't comment on the Sense aggregator but Blur has something a bit like this.
