Hi,

I have got a HTC desire S, with android 2.3.5.

Since some days, it's impossible to access to the "Stop/Reboot/Plane mode" menu, pressing power button for some seconds.
When I press the power button, my device goes to sleep mode, even if I press power button for 2, 3, 10 seconds...

I think it is since my update to 2.3.5, but I'm not sure...

Do you have an idea about that?

Before doing a factory reset, please try this from xda [Q] Lost power menu (Android Revolution HD™ 6.1.1) - xda-developers
The issue with this can be resolved by activating secure credentials. go to settings, security and check use secure credentials and you'll be able to access your power menu again
