Hello,

I have a mayor problem with flashing my HTC Desire S.

I have S-Off and the phone is rooted (i have the superuser app and can allow superuser clearence).

But, when I flash a new rom it all goes well until I restart the phone. The the phone gets stuck at the HTC boot screen (the white one with the HTC logo).

I have tried Miui, CM7 and some Saga Rom. Both with Rom Manager and with a manual recovery. I have also tried Boot Manager without any result. When I flash I wipe the memory, cache and Dalvik cache.

The only thing to do then is to restore a backup and go back to the original rom.

So, please help me. What am I doing wrong. I have swiped the internet for answears without any result.

What do the first 4 or 5 lines of your HBoot screen say?

Your recovery mod might need reflashing and/or updating.

I have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution to this?
