Default HTC Desire s

Hi My Desire s is now ready for an upgrade, so will be selling. How do i get all my data off (passwords, contacts, email accounts, ect) if i have to do a factory reset will i be able to get the upgrades back on that have been downloaded from HTC.

Hi Garry, a factory reset just wipes anything you've put on there (apps, passwords, settings etc) so any system updates you've received will still be on there after you've reset.
