Default HTC Sync

So i downloaded the HTC Sync setup.
I must tell you not a straight forward performance.
I have still the old operating system. Windows XP......maybe Windows 8 will work better, i dunno
The HTC Sync loaded up all my music and photo albums and thats it.
I cant see any place where i can load up or save contacts.
I will try to play around again, could be something i havent spotted.

Actually i have just Google HTC Sync, and almost everyone is having a problem.
So the developers or designers haven't got this one right yet.
Its a pity, as it could play an important part of the smart phone experience.
Its not going to really have an effect on me, just inquisitive thats all
