Default O2 internet settings

Don't ask why, but i just factory reset my phone,

but now, my phone wont connect to the internet. I get signal bars, and can make calls, but can't get on the net!
I seem to remember getting a text before which contained all the wap & mms settings, and I've asked o2 to resend, but they don't seem to know what I'm on about!

Does anyone know what I need to do to get it all back?

ps - O2 Contract phone

Thanks!

Yeah, the text settings option didn't work.

They eventually talked me through them.
Ended up creating me 2 network accounts on my phone - on GPRS/WAP and one mobile internet - she wasn't sure which I should use, so does it matter?
Both connect to HSPA

Thanks
