Angry I can't send my video clips via my MMS on my Desire

I have had my HTC Desire for about a month now and have got to grips with it apart from one thing..
For the life of me i cant get it to send my video clips in Multi Media Messages ??
I keep getting the WARNING - Message size limit reached !!
Some of these clips were between 10-20 seconds long.
I dont think it's the camcorder settings af i have reset to default..
I can attach them in an Email no problem.
PLEASE HELP

Cammy.

Video and audio are always a huge size so if your using a full quality video from the phone camera then you probably are easily chewing up a Meg in a couple of seconds. have you tried using a lower resolution or using compression.

Try this free app YouCast for Android (www.youcast.net) --- It allows you to send files from android to android or android to PC without file size limit. You could download the app from market://search?q=pname:com.youcast.android.UI
