Your link takes you to just the DNA VZ site, no charger.

I went to the local Verizon store today to try and get the wireless charger. God I hate that place. They wanted to put me on the list and after 20 minutes I got a salesman who went in the back to see if they were in stock. He came up with a portable charger instead. I explained that I wanted the wireless charger so I don't have to mess with that stupid port cover. He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't find a wireless charger in his order system and that I'd be better off with the portable charger. Damn, I could only shake my head as I left the store. I fear that I have bought another phone that won't be fully supported by Verizon (my last phone was a Blackberry Storm). I have no solutions here - just wanted to vent.
I then went to Best Buy and was told that they don't carry wireless chargers anymore because they cause your battery to bulge and possibly explode. I left before my head exploded - my phone seems fine though.

Believe it or not, I had a similar experience, the CSR went in the back, was back there for a while, came back out, was like I don't think we have any. Except there were three hanging from a rack in the iPhone accessories (where I had seen them in the first place).
Beeps? My hearing is either going or mine is not beeping. But who knows. I need reading glasses now may need a hearing aid. LOL
As far as getting real help in a store I gave up on them. Most seem to be clueless about 99% of the time on anything. Sad. So glad I am retired. It seems to be the norm in allot of jobs now days. Employees not giving a crap enough to really learn their job.
If I can't find what I need online I just say screw it anymore.
My Verizon store in San Francisco had an black Nokia wireless charger on display. I set my DNA on it and it started charging immediately. Unfortunately there are none in stock anywhere in San Francisco. It was super sleek looking and smaller than my DNA. I would pay 49.99 for it. Hopefully the Nexus charging orb comes out soon. I would buy either one.
This one may not quite as cool as the nexus charging orb but it will turn the DNA into a bedside clock very nicely. And with the NFC pairing, it will automatically switch to the clock! So cool.
Note: Ignore the yellow pillow one at the beginning, I'm talking about the stand:
Device(s): HTC Incredible,Acer Iconia A100, HTC DNA

been using the energizer single for about a week and I like it, altho I'm trying to figure out how to make it stand up at an angle.currently propped up with cardboard. any ideas?
also, is there any way to turn off the "wireless charging on/off" notifications?
Working great, really simple. I put it on the charger around 11pm, and when I wake up at 4:30am, its charged. (Man I need more sleep).
I have read somewhere that if a phone if left charging once fully charged it negatively impacts battery life...... any concerns here as the mighty DNA has a battery which may not be replaced??
The Energizer wireless charging pad showed yesterday. Charged last night. Instantly started. This will do the trick for me at home for sure.
I've ordered a case for my DNA and I wonder how critical the material is with regard to wireless charging? It doesn't specifically claim to be compatible so I wonder if there's a way to figure it out other than getting the charging pad and trying it?
If you can actually find that Nokia charging stand I'd love to know where. Only place I can find it online is Amazon and they've been sold out for a long time. There is another similar charging stand made my. Japanese firm and only sold in Japan. I would order it but they don't ship to the US. I desperately want two of these upright Qi charging stands.

You can get them in an AT&T store, or online from AT&T. I ordered a few from here. They work well.

It all being so new I figure there is only one way to know for sure. Try it!
Don S, thanks for the ATT tip! I found one of the last two available today in all of San Francisco. ($69.00) This thing is awesome and has even a smaller footprint than I thought it would. Sure it will probably cost half as much in 6 months but I wanted it immediately.

No problem, I saw it there after tons of searches. You are right, these are hard to get. They are small too. Mine is working very well. I do have to say it charges somewhat slowly on it IF I leave the screen on (like with a clock app) ..

Order it through the web site?
I get crappy service in most of my house, so I'm going to put the charge pad in the small good signal zone and fire up the bluetooth connection to the home phone.

As much as it pains me, I might have to go into an ATT store and look at one of these, I really want a wireless charger, and one that stands would be awesome.

I dug around through Google and found an article describing various Qi charging solutions, and they mentioned a device only available on the Amazon Japan website that looks great. I tried ordering it to be shipped here but couldn't get through the process. It looks great:
for those with the nokia stand, is the phone pretty sturdy on the stand, does it have a magnet of some sort, cause i use my phone to wake me up and hitting the snooze button i feel will just knock it off.

No magnet that I can tell. It leans back a bit though so I never feel like it will fall. It is quite light though, so hitting an alarm could knock it over, I suppose. Then again, just don't swing at your phone .
Only kidding. It's sturdy, but can be knocked off without too much effort I would say ..
The white Nokia Wireless Charging Pad DT-900 is back in stock at Verizon. If you have corporate discount now is the time to get it.
I wish they had the black one, but it has been sold out for quite a while and they don't know when they're getting more. I might buy a black one later too for work.
I figured that there's not much point in the color since the phone is bigger than the charger anyways so you won't even see the white except the cable sticking out of the charger.
EDIT:
The charger is now sold out. These things sell like hot cakes! I paid less than $40 for mine.

I've been holding out on upgrading my DINC, but this thread may tip the scale to the DNA for me. I'd give up removable battery and SD for wireless charging

As soon as I saw your post, I went to Verizon...no luck. Then, of course, I looked back to see your edit that they're sold out again. Sigh.
What really bums me out is that I have a Powermat my gf got me a couple years ago for Christmas. Of course, it doesn't work with the DNA. So now, when I charge my DNA, I plug the huge wireless charging dongle into the micro-USB port, and attach the whole mechanism to the Powermat. It's pretty ridiculous--can't wait for the manufacturers to catch up with the demand.
Anyway, if I spot anywhere these are in stock, I'll post it.
Going to wireless charging has been great. I hated messing with that USB port protector but did not want to remove it. Very convenient and very happy with the Energizer charger.

You can order it from AT&T right now if you wish, but if you have a corporate discount with Verizon, it would be cheaper to wait for Verizon to have them back in stock. I get 25% off all accessories so I decided to wait for Verizon.

Awesome. I get 17% off corporate discount, which would be about 8 bucks...so heck with it. Just ordered one (red). Thanks for the tip!

Whats the difference between the plate and the stand other than look? Does the stand just raise it up at an angle?

I have a few of these. NO sounds. No issues, works well. I should mention that it apparently has an embedded NFC chip in the base, though I haven't tried that feature yet ..

Interesting, I didn't know that. But I do agree, except for a beep when I place it on the charger, the LG one is silent.

If you look at zenman youtube video in the Screen lag video, he has a program attached to the NFC tag that starts a clock program. Looks cool!
Do you know per chance if the plate and the stand have the NFC or just the plate? The ATT site doesnt mention NFC for the plate, just the stand. That could be part of the price difference.

I'm not certain, but I think just the stand has it.

I tried it out in the Verizon Store with my own Droid DNA and it doesn't make a sound at all. The LG Charging pad did make beeps when you put the phone on it to charge though.
I am using the JBL Power Up Speaker with Wireless Charging and NFC. Wireless charging works great (unfortunately the phone does not stand up like with the Nokia stand). NFC works to turn on the Power Up Speaker but the DNA does not turn on Bluetooth and pair as it is supposed to do.
Does anyone else have this speaker and if so what is your experience? I have looked everywhere and have not found anyone using the two devices together. THANKS!
What is the model number of the stand? Mistakenly I thought it was the DT-900, but that's just the plate.
I want the NFC because I am just that way...LOL!
Here are my initial impresssions of my shiny new DT 910.......first of all the training at the AT & T store appears no better than the Verizon store where I picked up my lovely DNA......dropped into AT & T and was surprsied they had one unit for sale but was told my phone would not work with a Nokia product. Both the customer service rep and the manager said it wouldn't charge....as they had no understanding that Qi wireless charging technology is the common technical denominator.....not the manufacturer of the phone itself.....so.....after I explained this to them and they became less resistant they finally let me test drive the HTC phone with the Nokia charger and were surprised it worked......go figure.......!
The charger itself is great - has the same slight delay for the screen to show charging engaged and disengaged when put on and off the stand ....but the current has to find the recepticals before it works......
I love the "beautiful still can't believe how good it looks DNA out of this world screen" standing vertically on the unit .....it really highlights the vertical height and size of the mighty DNA ......the phone sits securely on the stand and has no slippage at all. It is secure enough that while the phone is juicing up wirelessly I can check texts and messages without fear of displacing the phone ......didn't expect that.....
I have not engaged the NFC but that's next......I must say that overall I have been pleasantly ( and unexpectedly ) surprised by the ease and efficiency of wireless charging and find myself liking it more and more each day. The phone on the stand looks great....particularly when at the office or desk next to the computer screen. The Nokia DT 910 is clearly pricey but for showing off one's new HTC toy the WOW factor is high!!!!

Nokia Wireless Charger is back in stock at Verizon!
I picked one up with my discount for <$40. I can also confirm that it will charge through the black case (with stand) from Verizon as my roommate has one of these chargers and I tested it.
HTC has broken the boundaries again with the DROID DNA. This 5-inch behemoth comes to compete directly with the Galaxy Note 2, but what gives it the edge over the popular Samsung device? Well, this guy has a full HD 1080p display. Mix that with a p... Read More
