Default droid dna camera resultion settings

I've took pictures with my droid DNA and it says it won't send anything over 640x480 how do I change the resolution to send the picture

Check your settings when you open up your camera app

How are you trying to send them? I've never had any issues.

In settings you can change size and resolution, or you can shrink pics via a PC in paint or something of the like

I go into my messages and try to attach a file and when I chose my picture it says it doesn't support my resolution and when I go into my camera settings it has aspect and resolution options and I put them as low as they go but it still won't let me send pictures
