How are you trying to send them? I've never had any issues.

In settings you can change size and resolution, or you can shrink pics via a PC in paint or something of the like

I go into my messages and try to attach a file and when I chose my picture it says it doesn't support my resolution and when I go into my camera settings it has aspect and resolution options and I put them as low as they go but it still won't let me send pictures
