Default Notification bar and wallpaper disappearing?

On my brand new droid dna, my wallpaper and notification bar will disappear for a few seconds to about 30 seconds until it comes back... This only happens after in coming out of the recent apps and usually when I clear all of the recent apps (not always). I a task killer but I can't see that being the problem

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!
moved you to the droid dna forums. folks here can help you out better then i can as i do not have your phone.

for one i would get rid of the tas killer. it might not be the problem but they are not needed. i have had an android device for over 5 years now and not once have ever used one. here read this thread:Task Killers! Must read for new Android Users

now as far as the issue you are having, try powering the phone completely off and wait 30 seconds and reboot. hopefully that will work.
